About me and my therapy practice

Welcome to my profile.

My aim is to help you understand what is going on for you in your time of distress or overwhelm so you can become more empowered for change to happen.

I support individuals with present life issues with a focus on relationship difficulties, bereavement or other meaningful losses such as that experienced from separation or divorce.

I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental and compassionate space for whatever you bring .

I also provide a listening space  for individuals with issues such as depression, anger, anxiety, grief, feeling stuck, low self- esteem and unresolved issues from childhood to help you move from the 'stuck' feelings in the present.

I am a trauma informed therapist. I offer a space for you to explore whatever you face in your life in the present that might be a result of the past .

I offer warmth, empathy and compassion for you to bring your story and voice your concerns. Together and at your pace we will work on your issues to help us understand the roots of where some of your issues come from.

I work with adults of all ages and of different nationalities, races, backgrounds, faiths, genders and sexualities. I acknowledge difference and respect our unique life experiences and viewpoints.

As a therapist, I take an integrative approach, utilising various models and techniques to facilitate positive transformations in your life.

Alongside Private Practice. I have worked with a bereavement organisation in Ealing helping bereaved adults from 16 years old and I currently work with young adults with difficult relational and childhood experiences including self-harm.

Alongside my work as a counsellor, I have a Masters in health promotion and health education. I also have a background in Criminology and Sociology. Where I can, I do my best to support an individual holistically.

For your personal safety and protection, I am fully insured and have an enhanced DBS check.

As a member of the BACP I adhere to the BACP ethical framework.
