My own life challenges inspired me to undertake counselling training, and it's this personal connection that fuels my commitment to your well-being. With a wealth of experience in the mental health field, I bring a compassionate and person-centred approach to every individual I work with. My extensive background includes working with individual adults facing a variety of issues, including but not limited to, divorce and relationship challenges, family dynamics, bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, addiction, self-harm, and low self-esteem.

As an Integrative Counsellor, I am able to offer a blend of therapy approaches to meet individual needs. Working in a down-to- earth, collaborate way, I can provide you with an empathetic space where we can explore those challenges that has brought you to counselling and work towards gaining a better understanding of self.
A FREE 20 minute consultation, will give you the opportunity to talk and also give you an indication of how working with me may feel. If, after our consultation, we both feel we would like to work together, we can discuss future sessions.

This documentation is designed to ensure transparency and empower you with a clear understanding of the counselling process.
