About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified humanistic, person-centred counsellor with a Level 4 diploma in Therapeutic Person-Centred Counselling and a level 5 in CFD (counselling for depression) qualification as well as a Bsc Honours degree in Psychology.

I have experience working for private charities, MIND and NHS Talking Therapies, within hospitals and community mental health teams. I currently offer face to face counselling sessions through my private practice at the Oxford Street Therapy Centre in Wellingborough, Northants.

Practice description

During sessions I work to create a warm, inviting place free from my own needs or expectations, allowing you to unpack any thoughts into a judgement-free space. Through this work together we can then allow for the greatest chance of a brighter understanding and allow for a more meaningful, connected authentic self to emerge.

My first session

I offer an initial assessment appointment at a reduced price of £35 to process all necessary information which includes completing the contract together and completing an assessment so that I can ascertain all necessary details and provides an opportunity to meet with me to help you to decide if i am the right therpaist for you.
