If you are reading this, I imagine you are experiencing some difficult issues in your life.
It may be life has recently changed, new challenges have appeared, or you may have always felt life was difficult, and you need to explore issues that are causing you pain and making you feel unhappy.
It takes great strength to realise that life’s issues are becoming overwhelming, and together, we can explore your situation and help you understand yourself.

About me and my therapy practice
Relationship Counselling
Many things can cause relationship issues - differences in opinions, beliefs, values or expectations. You may no longer communicate well or have changed throughout your relationship and feel disconnected. Perhaps one of you has been unfaithful, and you are both unable to talk about it and feel confused about how you feel and what to do next. Everyone has completely different expectations from a relationship, and together, we can help you work out what you need now as a couple.
Discussing your relationship in a safe, non-judgmental space can assist in working through and formulating solutions which could avoid further heartache and distress or methods of coping to accept the situation you may be in and see a way of moving forward.
Practice description
