About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor who draws on a range of theories and approaches tailored to your individual needs. Perhaps you are experiencing a significant life change, loss, work or relationship issue, causing you to feel anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or depression. Perhaps you feel low without knowing why, or you have been carrying something for a long time and it is weighing heavy.
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space, where you can talk and explore your issues at your own pace. Life can be hard and can bring emotion that feels too much at times. Having someone who hears you and helps you find insight can be really beneficial when navigating through those times.
