About me and my therapy practice

I understand the challenge of finding the right connection with a counsellor amidst the multitude of choices.

I can only speak from firsthand experience; finding the right counsellor is crucial. So please, take your time and go with how it feels for you.

I am an integrative counsellor, which means I tailor therapy to suit you, the individual.  I believe the body and the mind are closely connected, and I try to integrate how lifestyle and mood are affected, and how small changes can make a big difference.

My aim is to provide you with a safe, contained space for you to talk, share and explore your feelings in your own time at your own pace.

In all aspects of my work, I strictly adhere to the guidelines and code of ethics of the British Association for counselling and psychotherapy in relation to confidentiality and professional practice.

I support individuals with a wide range of challenges, such as; anxiety, grief, loss, stress, low self-esteem, Infertility, mum guilt, menopause related issues and the feeling of being overwhelmed with life. As well as being a registered member of the BACP I am also proud to be a member of the British Infertility Counselling Association, offering empathetic support during the waiting period to start a family, my commitment is to create a safe space for you to explore your feelings and thoughts.

Practice description

In my counselling practice, I engage in one-on-one sessions, offering a compassionate and empathetic listening space to explore the reasons that led you to therapy.
