About me and my therapy practice
My approach to counselling is integrative: which means that I will tailor my way of working to fit your needs. Working relationally to build on trust, I provide a safe space for you to bring yourself into.
I will facilitate a counselling environment where we can go at your pace, and collaborate on what you wish to work on within yourself.
Practice description
I offer short-term or long-term counselling depending on what you are looking for. If you are unsure on exactly what you are looking for, then we can work to uncover your aims & goals for counselling together.
If you are struggling with something that you would like to talk about to a qualified professional, then I welcome you to reach out.
My first session
I offer a free initial call or online session for 30 minutes to discuss your needs in counselling, and to see if I am the right counsellor for you.
If we feel that we will work well together then we can also take the time to go over our schedules for our session timings.
