Typically, sessions are conducted on a weekly basis, at a consistent day and time agreed upon during our initial consultation. If you have any particular preferences or requirements, we'll discuss them to ensure our sessions are tailored to your needs.

In your initial 50-minute session, you can expect a warm and supportive environment where you’ll feel at ease sharing your thoughts and concerns. Together, we’ll address the specific challenges that led you to seek support, enabling us to develop a personalised, strategic approach tailored to your needs. I’ll also outline our working agreement to ensure a clear and transparent understanding of our therapeutic process moving forward.
