About me and my therapy practice

I work predominantly in a person centred way, but integrate other modalities.

Practice description

My practice is currently online, I use zoom and can offer telephone sessions if you prefer.

My first session

I offer a free initial consultation, this is to establish your presenting issue, discuss any previous therapy, look at what you would like to gain for our sessions together and to explore any questions you may have.

I offer a safe, confidential space for you to speak freely without judgment
