About me and my therapy practice
I am an existential therapist. This type of therapy is most helpful to those who want to ask themselves existential questions, such as: what is the meaning of my past and present experiences? And how might these relate? We look at how your experiences might have shaped the ways you relate to the world around you, to others and to the self, your body and mind. Sessions are explorative, non-directive, we follow what comes up for you and work towards understanding rather than explanation. In general, we are asking the question ‘what happened?’ rather than ‘what is wrong?’ Such exploration could create space for acceptance, new choices, and connections.
Sessions happen usually at the same time every week and last 50 minutes.
My first session
The first session is free and allows us both to consider if we can work together.
