About me and my therapy practice
You may be living with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship or family issues. I offer a supportive space, in which we can explore whatever thoughts, feelings, behaviours or circumstances you may be facing. Together we will develop a better understanding of yourself and others. We will also explore your own solutions – whether that’s making effective changes in your life or finding ways of coping with problems that have no solution. My aim is to carefully guide you with humility and openness, whilst giving you a sense of agency to move forward with your life.
I believe the relationship between therapist and client to be very important and whilst we unpick issues together, I will offer you a space to freely explore what is troubling you in a warm, non-judgemental, and confidential environment. Drawing from my own challenges and life experience has given me the connection and compassion needed to support people from all walks of life. I understand the value of being heard, seen, and supported. I am an empathetic listener; intuitive thinker and I will put you firmly at the centre of our work together.
Practice description
Working within the NHS and private practice, I have counselled a variety of issues.
