About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified and BACP registered Integrative Therapist, working with a person centred approach. I aim to guide client’s towards developing healthier strategies to live fulfilling and balanced lives.

To live authentically is to choose how you want to live. My role is to therapeutically collaborate with you through that process. I can assist with a range of complexities. I hope to create a safe environment, where we can share laughter, sadness, and the whole range of emotions together.

Practice description

I provide a space where you can truly be yourself; to be seen and heard free of judgement. Therapy provides an opportunity to explore who you are at your core, and how you relate to your unique life experiences and the world around you. The relationship with yourself is the longest you will ever have. At times it can be the most difficult with symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, attachment wounds, and life stressors. I work flexibly with your unique strengths and circumstances to help you make progress. There may be specific concerns or more general overall improvements you want to make.

My first session

I aim to work in collaboration with you to decide what the most suitable way forward is. You are the expert in your life and know what works or doesn’t work for you. Once we’ve clarified your goal we can decide which option aligns with how you would prefer to work.
