About me and my therapy practice
Qualified counsellor working with women suffering from anxiety, depression (including post-natal) and/or PTSD. Experienced in working with historical abuse (sexual, physical, neglect). Sessions available in-person or online across Wirral and Chester.
Practice description
I work with women who find themselves struggling in daily life, this can show up in many ways such as low mood, angry outbursts, disturbed sleep, physical and emotional exhaustion, difficulties in relationships - whether with a partner, children, or friends, feeling disconnected or worth-less.
I offer you confidential time and space to explore your issues. Working together, its possible to find the roots of your issues. This exploration can help you define and put into action what it is you need to change in order to feel more content, connected and confident.
