About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Joanna, therapist and counsellor.
You may be seeking therapy for many different reasons, perhaps you are feeling low or anxious or struggling with confidence and self-esteem.
You might be finding relationships are difficult at the moment.
Perhaps something in particular has happened to you that you need to talk about.
Or maybe you’ve experienced a loss.
You may feel quite alone in your thoughts and need another person to understand how you’re feeling and help you to make sense of things
Whatever brings you to therapy, I offer a gentle and trusting space, where you can feel safe to talk about what it is that brought you to therapy and help you to make the changes you wish.
Practice description
I am a highly trained and qualified BACP registered counsellor and therapist experienced in working for counselling services across London and in Private Practice.
I believe we each have the resources within us to flourish and live a fulfilling life but sometimes these resources can get blocked or affected by our experiences, impacting how we feel about ourselves.
My aim is to provide a space where together, we can empower you to work out what you need to live your life the way you want to, uncovering any blocks and freeing up your own inner resources, supporting you to live a more fulfilling life.
My first session

This session gives you the chance to ask me any questions and see how it might feel working with me as your potential counsellor.
