About me and my therapy practice
Hi I'm Scott - an experienced therapist, coach and school counsellor, offering a warm and judgement-free environment.
I support young people, aged from 13-18, to better understand their thoughts, emotions, actions and sense of self. I do this through either walk-and-talk therapy, online or phone.
If you would like to have a quick free chat, just to say hi and see if I can support you, then you can select a time when you are available from my website.
On this video or phone call, we can talk about what types of things are on your mind and see how best I could support you. If you would like to work together after that I will send your own personal booking link, where you can select an appointment day and time and reschedule, offering flexibility.
You are in control of when and how often you book sessions. As a rough guide, the industry recommendation is every 1 or 2 weeks for at least 6 session.
As a qualified and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I follow their Ethical Framework which underpins our relationship, providing a safe and trusting environment for you to explore what’s on your mind.
