About me and my therapy practice
We all experience difficult times in our life. Events and situations can become complicated and sometimes overwhelming. We can lose sight of who we are, what we want and why we do what we do. Life is challenging and sometimes we need a little help.
Talking to a qualified professional counsellor is an opportunity to talk to someone who can support you with those challenges. My role as a counsellor is to provide you a space to think and talk about what is happening in your own way; to support you in making sense of what is happening in your world. To hear you and see you.
I offer a confidential, safe and non judgemental comfortable space where we work at your pace. I am fully insured and have an enhanced DBS check.
