About me and my therapy practice
If you're here right now you're probably feeling overwhelmed, stressed and exhausted. You are doing all of the things all of the time and yet you feel unfulfilled. You are always there for everyone you care about but you have a hard time always showing up for yourself and speaking your truth. This has caused you to feel burnt out, stressed out and unsure what to do next. You aren't living the life you want but I have good news for you. You can change all of that and get support with it through counselling/therapy.
I completely understand that starting therapy is a very scary experience. It is my goal to make the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible for you. I invite you to email me to organise a free 15 minute consultation where you can explore if we are the right fit to work together.
My first session
Finding the right therapist is important and you should shop around to find someone who is the right fit! As such, I offer a free 15-minute introductory session, allowing us to meet each other so you can decide if you think we are a good fit.
