Practice description
I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist and a BACP registered individual member, based in central London.
I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment for you to explore your experiences. Psychotherapy is a process of lasting, beneficial changes, where old views of yourself dissolve and where you discover more of your incredible potential and who you truly are. My approach is holistic and tailored to the needs of each individual.
Alongside talking therapy, I work with dreams and creative imagination, using visualisations and drawings. I also work with sandtrays, which provide a unique way to evoke both conscious and unconscious memories. I work both in English and French and offer weekly therapy sessions. My fees are available upon request.
