About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life throws up challenges that can feel overwhelming. It can affect our self esteem, our sense of identity and our ability to cope with the pressures of everyday life. I work with a range of issues which include depression, anxiety, low mood, low self esteem, post natal depression, relationship challenges, school related stress, sexual assault and abuse. I will work at a pace that suits you, and together we can explore any difficulties you may be experiencing, working towards a positive and meaningful change.
Practice description
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of theories to support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. My approach encourages curiosity about different aspects of your life, including childhood experiences, enabling you to make meaningful connections between the past and the present.
I offer face to face and online sessions in a warm, empathic, and non-judgemental space for adults and young people aged 14+. Sessions can be time limited or long term. My goal is to provide a supportive and nurturing environment where you can embark on a journey of healing and personal growth.
