About me and my therapy practice

My name is Laura and I am a Person Centred Counsellor. I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

Life can be very difficult and stressful at times and therapy is very important in order to overcome any difficulties or challenges that you may have.  It is okay to seek help and our own mental health matters.

I offer a safe space and calm, empathetic,  non judgemental environment, where you are able to explore your true thoughts and feelings with my support.

Practice description

I offer sessions face-to-face, online, and on the telephone to suit your needs.

I am client led which means that I am guided by you, which will decide your therapy outcomes. I believe that each person matters and every situation is unique. Whilst I won't tell you what to do, I will support you to find coping mechanisms in order to move forward.

I also have a lot of experience and a specialist interest in working with bereavement and loss.
