About me and my therapy practice

As an integrative therapist I believe that we are all individual and the therapeutic support we need will be different for each person.

I believe that a good relationship with your therapist is fundamental which is why I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation so you can decide if we would work well together.

I work hard to offer a safe and confidential space where clients feel comfortable, I believe this is key before being able to talk about the issues at hand.

I have a range of experience working with children, young people and adults in different settings. I currently work part time counselling in a secondary school.

I have spent time working within bereavement support settings and as a result have been mentored in different trauma related therapeutic techniques.
