About me and my therapy practice
Hello I’m David a fully qualified integrative counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As a registered member of the BACP I use The Ethical Framework to guide and inform my decisions while working. A copy of the ethical framework is available from the BACP website.
With over 10 years of experience as a mental health professional, I have worked in diverse settings, including clinical environments and private practice, supporting individuals from various backgrounds. My training in integrative therapy ensures that our work together is flexible and adapted to your unique situation.
Practice description
I use an integrative approach to counselling, blending key therapeutic models to best suit your individual needs: This approach places you at the center of your healing journey. I believe that you have the inner resources to grow and find solutions, and my role is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel heard and understood.
Together, we’ll explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be influencing your present-day thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By gaining insight into these deeper layers, you can begin to make more conscious choices and break free from patterns that no longer serve you.
My first session
In our sessions, you will find a warm and empathetic environment where your experiences are valued. I tailor my approach to each client, focusing on building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship that empowers you to discover your strengths and insights.
If you're ready to start your journey toward healing and self-discovery, please don't hesitate to reach out. I offer both in-person and online sessions to accommodate your needs.
£75 per session
