About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP registered counsellor providing individual therapy in person as well as online.
Life can be tough at times and we may feel like we're struggling to keep up. Therapy provides a safe and nurturing space away from the demands of daily life.
Engaging in therapy can be both rewarding and challenging. It entails examining relationships, and exploring life experiences to achieve a deeper sense of understanding and awareness. With this increased awareness I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and the ability to lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
As a therapist, I work with my clients to explore, clarify, and process whatever they may be going through in a curious and empathetic manner ensuring they feel heard and valued. It is through this open and accepting relationship that awareness grows and change can take place.
If you have any queries, want to book a session, or get a sense if I'm the right fit for you? Please feel free to contact me by phone or email. I'd be happy to discuss any questions you may have.
