About me and my therapy practice
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, it can feel hard to keep up and make sense of things. In my therapy practice, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel truly heard, and have a break from the pressures of daily life.
My goal is to help you understand and process the challenges you're facing with kindness and compassion. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel respected, listened to, and understood. It’s within this safe, open space that healing and change can begin.
Together, we’ll explore your relationships and life experiences, helping you gain deeper insight into yourself. With this understanding, I believe we all have the ability to make positive changes and lead more fulfilling, meaningful lives.
My path to becoming a therapist began after a career in retail and brand management, which left me feeling burnt out and disconnected. Therapy gave me the opportunity to reassess my values and reconnect with what truly mattered to me. That experience inspired me to pursue training as a counsellor.
In addition to my private practice, I facilitate support groups for a domestic violence charity, working with individuals from various backgrounds facing different struggles. I have a special interest in supporting those recovering from addiction and am passionate about advocating for men’s mental health.
I work from an integrative approach, drawing on a variety of therapeutic models to provide the most supportive and personalised care for you.
My practice is based in a light, welcoming space in Spitalfields, London E1—just a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, 7 minutes from Aldgate East, and 10 minutes from Shoreditch High Street.
If you’re curious about therapy, have any questions, or want to see if we might be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d be happy to chat and answer any questions you may have.
