About me and my therapy practice

I work relationally with clients and take time to build foundations for a therapeutic relationship to grow, to enable clients to feel that whatever they choose to bring to therapy, I will always offer a safe, supportive non judgemental space.

My own experiences of lifes challenges (and there have been a few) allow me to provide a safe, considered and bespoke approach in supporting you to find your own way to a greater understanding of your feelings and current or past situations.
