I offer over ten years of lived experience with a chronic pain condition (Fibromyalgia). This does not make me an expert of pain management by any means, it just allows me to empathise from a deeper level .I am trained as an integrative therapist  - however predominantly work within a person centred and psychodynamic approach.

I offer a warming and calming space for F2F sessions, online sessions and telephone sessions for you to explore. 

I offer a free 15 minute phone call before the first session so we can explore suitability of working together going forward.
