Welcome to my private practice, conveniently located near Horsham with easy access and private parking. As a seasoned Psychodynamic Counsellor, I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy options, available online or in person during weekday hours.
In our sessions, you’ll find a safe and non-judgmental space where we can explore the issues that have brought you to counselling. My goal is to listen empathetically and provide insightful support tailored to your unique situation.

My first session
Starting therapy is a significant step toward personal growth and emotional well-being. The first assessment session, lasting one hour and priced at £50, is a crucial part of beginning our work together.
During this session, we will:
Discuss the Structure: I’ll explain the purpose of the assessment and how it will help us lay a solid foundation for our work. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the counselling process and my approach.
Explore Your Concerns: We’ll delve into the issues that brought you to counselling, whether they’re related to current challenges or past experiences. My goal is to listen empathetically and understand your perspective.
Set Goals: We’ll discuss what you hope to achieve through therapy, which helps tailor our sessions to meet your needs.
Explain the Process: I’ll outline how our sessions will be structured, including practical details like scheduling and payment.
Before the assessment, I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to address any initial questions and understand your reasons for seeking counselling. Feel free to reach out to schedule your assessment and take the first step toward healing and growth.
