About me and my therapy practice
Welcome, often taking the first steps into therapy can feel overwhelming and often anxiety inducing, to help aid this I offer a non-judgement, compassionate safe space to explore thoughts and difficult feelings that might be affecting day to day life.
I work by a psychodynamic model meaning together, we would travel through thoughts and feelings trying to identify patterns and processes which may be interrupting current relationships and situations. I know how vital it is to have a space to be seen and really heard so, using this model allows me to work with you to empower yourself to develop more awareness and a greater understanding of yourself.
I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor offering face to face and online sessions lasting 50 minutes. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) to which I adhere to the ethical framework.
If you feel as though you would like to see if we would be a good match, please email for more information or, feel free to request a free introductory telephone call to chat more about your journey!

About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my practice. Taking the first steps into therapy can often feel daunting and may bring up feelings of anxiety or uncertainty. To support you in this process, I provide a non-judgmental, compassionate, and safe space where you can explore your thoughts and address the challenging emotions that might be impacting your everyday life.
I work within a psychodynamic framework, which means that together we will delve into your thoughts and feelings, helping to uncover patterns and processes that may be influencing your current relationships and life situations. I understand how important it is to feel truly seen and heard, and by using this model, we can work towards greater self-awareness and deeper understanding, empowering you to make meaningful changes.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I adhere to their ethical framework to ensure the highest standards of care.
