Hi, I'm Lucy welcome to my page. If you're here perhaps you're looking for someone to talk to in a safe, comfortable and non judgemental space which I provide at the Awareness Centre in Tooting on Wednesdays.
I use a psychodynamic approach meaning I can help you to understand how your current feelings and behaviours are shaped by your past experiences and your unconscious mind and impulses.
Together we will explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Working this way supports you to have an increased understanding of yourself and others.
If you would like to arrange an initial free 15 minute phone call about how we could work together, please contact me and we can arrange a time to talk that suits us both.
My first session
The first session would involve having an assessment so I can get to know you and to understand your reasons for wanting to start therapy. It also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

My first session
The first step is a free introductory phone call to see how we can best work together.
After the phone call if you decide you would like to start therapy the first session would be an assessment so I can get to know you and understand your reasons for wanting to start therapy. This time also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have
