Practice description

I am based in Winchester. I am a qualified Humanistic counsellor, and I work from a Transactional Analysis approach, drawing techniques from different modalities to suit different individuals and situations. I work with clients 16 and older. I have experience working with teenagers and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life-changing illness, impact of substance misuse, family and relationships problems, and loss. I offer a free introductory consultation, so you can decide if I am the right therapist for you.

As a bicultural person I have a personal understanding of different cultures and the impact this may have on personal and professional relationships. I can offer sessions in English and Spanish.
