I provide a non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. As a pluralistic counsellor, I tailor each session to suit your unique needs. 

Practice description

I provide online counselling to individuals across the UK and in-person counselling for those in the Aberdeenshire area.

My first session

I offer a free introductory session (up to 30 mins)

The first session will focus on getting to know you and what you would like from counselling.

This session will allow us to determine whether we feel we can work well together.

Subsequent sessions will last for 50 minutes and are charged at the regular fee.
