Hello, I’m Leih.

As a trauma-informed psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist, I specialize in helping individuals like you who are seeking understanding, healing, and a path forward. My approach is warm and non-judgmental, creating a space where you can feel safe to explore your emotions and experiences at your own pace.
Together, we’ll unravel the root causes of your pain using a holistic blend of mindfulness, somatic practices, polyvagal theory, parts work, and solution-focused therapy, all integrated with a humanistic approach. If relaxation is a struggle, I offer hypnotherapy to help you ease into the therapeutic process.

With over twenty years of experience teaching and caring for students and vulnerable adults, I bring deep empathy and understanding to my therapeutic counselling practice. I’m committed to continuous learning and professional development, ensuring you receive the highest quality of care. I have worked at in variety of mental health charities including Mind before entering private practice.
As a registered member of the BACP (MBACP), an accredited member of the NCPS (ACCRED), and a registered member of the NCH (Cert), I adhere to strict ethical standards to protect your well-being.

During our session, we’ll take time to explore what brought you here and what you hope to achieve through therapy. I’ll listen deeply, and together, we’ll co-create a therapeutic experience that feels right for you. Whether we delve into mindfulness techniques, explore the mind-body connection through somatic therapy, or challenge unhelpful thoughts with CBT, the approach we take will always be guided by your comfort and goals.
