About me and my therapy practice
I provide integrative therapy online, tailoring my approach to everyone’s unique needs and complexities. I believe in creating a confidential, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can freely explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My focus is on understanding the client's truths and empowering them to gain mastery over their behaviours and thinking patterns.
A key aspect of my work is emphasizing the client's strengths and successes. By building on what is already working well, I aim to foster hope, resilience, and confidence, alongside problem-solving and gaining new perspectives. I also work with clients to cultivate self-acceptance and self-compassion.
Therapy with me can involve practical elements, such as developing new relational skills and problem-solving strategies, to create healthier and more fulfilling connections. I utilise a variety of therapeutic modalities to ensure the best possible fit and outcomes for each client.
I am particularly aware of the importance of race, culture, beliefs, values, religion and language in each individual client's life and I am equipped to work culturally diverse groups from my experience of working with clients from all walks of life.
