About me and my therapy practice

At times it can feel we’re holding everything in and feel unable to talk to anyone, or there’s a lot going on and we need the space and time to process it. We might be reflecting on events from the past and thinking about how they might have impacted us, or that we’re struggling with anxiety, depression or fluctuations in mood. I can provide the safe and supported space for us to explore what’s going on for you and find ways of moving forward that feel right.

Practice description

Finding the right counsellor for you is a big step - I offer a free 20 minute video call or phone call to see if we’re a good fit. I recommend speaking to a few counsellors before deciding on which one is right for you.

Please note that I am only able to offer video call or phonecall sessions - this enables me to keep my costs down and offer a more affordable service.
