About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor working in Eastbourne, and online or over the phone throughout the UK.
I provide a welcoming, safe and confidential space where I use an integrative approach drawing from different therapies to suit the needs of each individual. I will help you navigate the issues that you come to counselling with, by helping you become more self-aware through exploring your feelings, behaviour, beliefs and obstacles in your life.
As a counselling client myself, I know that going through the process with a counsellor you can trust can be incredibly rewarding and empowering. As someone who has experienced safety, empathy and respect in the counselling setting, I aspire to provide the same for my clients.

Rate: 60 minute session - £45
Concessions available for students, trainee counsellors and if you are on a low income, on a sliding scale of £25-£35, please contact me to discuss this.
