About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified Humanistic counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer short-term and long-term support to people using an integration of person-centred, gestalt and transactional analysis approaches. I work holistically, considering and connecting emotions, mind and body, as well as the environment we live in, as I believe that this is the only way to truly understand you.
In my practice, I aim to develop a counselling relationship in which you are an active and equal participant. Together, we create a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space to discuss and explore your problems.
I understand that the first step of reaching out for help can be a scary one and I will endeavour to answer your enquiry as soon as I can.
Practice description
I work from The Treatment Rooms, a safe and confidential environment in the heart of Greenwich.
I work with people over the age of 18.
I offer in person as well as online counselling.
The sessions are on a weekly basis and last 50 minutes.
My first session
I offer a complementary 20-minute zoom call, where we can meet and get a sense of each other. We can talk about what brings you in and what you hope to get from counselling. I would also be interested to know about any of your previous experiences with counselling and a history of physical and mental health. We can discuss the contract, fees, and availability and book our first session.
