About me and my therapy practice

I am a dedicated Integrative Counsellor and Trainee Psychotherapist, offering compassionate and professional online sessions. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that our early relationships form the foundation of our identity, shaping how we perceive ourselves and relate to others. These early patterns, while once helpful, can sometimes hinder us as adults, leading to feelings of being stuck or disconnected. This is where therapy can be transformative.

My first session

To initiate our therapeutic journey, I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation. This initial conversation allows us to briefly connect, discuss your current needs, and explore how my approach to therapy can support you. It’s an opportunity for you to ask any questions and for us to determine whether we are a good fit to work together.

Following the phone consultation, we can schedule a 50-minute initial session. This first session provides a valuable opportunity to begin building a trusting and collaborative relationship. During our time together, we’ll explore the reasons that brought you to therapy, discuss your goals and expectations, and assess how we can work effectively together to support your well-being.

I strive to make this process as comfortable as possible and look forward to the possibility of working together as you take this important step toward positive change.
