About me and my therapy practice
As a person centred counsellor, I offer a safe and non judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
I recognise that you are the expert of your own life and I want to help support your growth and your journey to reach your full potential.
Practice description
I understand that it can be challenging to fit in person appointments around a busy schedule which is why I offer sessions by face time or phone.
I'm experienced in working with young people and adults, who are impacted by low self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, suicidal ideation and abuse.
I'm happy to explore your identity and how you experience anxiety and depression.
I specialise with people who have neurodiversity such as Autism and ADHD.
My first session
I offer a free initial, short consultation prior to the first session that gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and to see if you feel comfortable working with me.
During the first session we can outline what areas and goals you would like to work on together. My sessions are 50 minutes long at the same time every week by either face time or phone.
