I am passionate about promoting positive mental health, especially for children and young people.
I offer one-to-one counselling sessions for children and young people aged 7-25, where I work creatively, helping to support them during challenging times in their lives or when it may be difficult for them to understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Practice description
I focus my counselling practice on supporting children and young people experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioural issues and other health concerns.
My goal is to collaborate with the child or young person, empowering them by using tools and strategies creatively to enhance their self-esteem, strengthen relationships with others and improve their ability to cope with life's difficulties.
I take a holistic and compassionate approach, focusing on symptom reduction and nurturing the whole child. I aim to give children and young people a safe and non-judgemental space to feel heard, seen and accepted for who they are.
I hope that through our work together, each child will develop a strong foundation for mental health that will last a lifetime.
My first session
As a children's and young person counsellor, I understand that establishing trust is key to helping children overcome challenges. So, I offer an introductory session to ensure we are the right fit for each other. During this session, I can discuss counselling goals and aspirations and establish a foundation for our work together.
One-to-one sessions with the child can commence if we are a suitable match.
Consent will be gained from both the parent/carer and the child for sessions to commence. I offer at least six sessions per client to establish a meaningful relationship.
Fees: Each session is £60.00, and sessions last 50 minutes.
I provided face-to-face counselling Mon to Sat by appointment only.
Sun - Upon request.
Home Visits- Upon request (may incur travel costs).
