About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Rachael, and I’d love to help you navigate life’s challenges. Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure where to start or what’s wrong. Life can be tough, and it’s easy to get stuck in a cycle of just getting through the day.
But sometimes, something makes us pause—makes us realise that things don’t feel “right.” The truth is, what feels “right” is different for everyone. That’s where I come in. Together, we can explore what works for you, what brings you joy, and what helps you feel more like yourself.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Let’s work together to find clarity, direction, and balance that feels uniquely yours.
Practice description
With several years of experience working alongside mental health charities, I’ve supported individuals facing challenges such as PTSD, trauma, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, abuse, bereavement, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
I believe that no two journeys are the same. What works for one person might not work for another, and that’s okay. My approach is not about giving advice but about walking alongside you - helping you navigate your challenges and uncover solutions that feel true to who you are. You know yourself better than anyone, and I’m here to support you as you rediscover your strength and answers within.
My first session
Your initial fifteen minute telephone consultation is free, this will allow us to see if we can work together and answer any questions you have.
During you first session we will pick up from the initial consultation and begin to learn about your needs, expectations and what you hope to achieve through therapy.
