Hello, I’m Rachael thanks for visiting my profile; I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore individual problems at your own pace.  

I am passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves and  will work with you to find the solution that is right for you.

Accepting that you need help can be hard so well done for taking the first step.

I am an empathetic, dedicated counsellor and I am a Registered Member of BACP with several years experience with bereavement as well as rape and sexual violence.

I work in a person centered way but draw on several therapeutic techniques and have experience helping people with a broad range of complex mental health issues such as PTSD, trauma,  suicidal thoughts, self harm, abuse, anxiety, depression issues of low self esteem.

I have also helped clients gain clarity and understanding of why they feel the way they feel and to normalise it. 

Practice description

I am based in Olton, a five minute walk from Olton train station with excellent public transport links and free parking.

I offer sessions in person at my therapy space, by telephone or online video call.

If you reach out to me I will always make first contact by email, please ensure you check your Junk or Spam folder for my reply and we will arrange a convenient time for you initial telephone consultation.

My first session

Your initial fifteen minute telephone consultation is free, this will allow us to see if we can work together and answer any questions you have.

During you first session we will pickup from the initial consultation and begin to learn about your needs, expectations and what you hope to achieve through therapy.
