About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Rachael, and I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges.
Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure where to start or even what’s wrong. Sometimes, life moves so quickly that we find ourselves stuck in a cycle of simply getting through the day.
But then, something shifts. A moment of pause, a feeling that something isn’t quite right. The truth is, what feels “right” is deeply personal; it’s different for everyone. That’s where I come in.
Together, we’ll explore what works for you; what brings you joy, what grounds you, and what helps you reconnect with yourself.
You don’t have to do it alone. Let’s work together to find clarity, direction, and balance that’s uniquely yours.
Practice description
With years of experience supporting individuals through mental health charities, I’ve worked alongside people facing challenges such as PTSD, trauma, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, abuse, bereavement, rape and sexual violence, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
I know that no two journeys are the same. What helps one person might not be right for another, and that’s okay. My approach isn’t about giving advice; it’s about walking alongside you, helping you navigate your challenges, and uncovering solutions that feel true to you.
You already hold the strength and answers within. My role is to support you as you rediscover them, at your own pace and in your own way.
My first session
Your initial 15-minute telephone consultation is completely free. It’s a chance for us to connect, explore whether we’re the right fit, and answer any questions you may have.
During your first session, we’ll build on that conversation; delving into your needs, expectations, and what you hope to achieve through therapy.
What I can help with
