About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced counsellor and a registered BACP Member. I am also a member of British Psychological Society. I work integratively with Adults, Children and Adolescents both in private practice and in schools. I offer face-to-face counselling and remote sessions on short or long-term basis.
Practice description
I work relationally with the client to co-develop an intervention plan that is tailored to their unique needs. I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space where difficult thoughts and feelings can be explored. I strive to foster a good working alliance that facilitates trust and growth.
My work with younger children is child-led, allowing them to use their preferred mode of engagement through talking, playing or other creative activities.
My first session
I offer an initial consultation session after which the client decides whether they are happy to continue with regular weekly sessions.
