About me and my therapy practice
I offer counselling face to face sessions on Monday's 9am - 7pm only. I also provide counselling services via telephone or online Teams, or Whatsapp platforms(Tuesday - Sunday), ensuring convenience and accessibility. Our weekly sessions are, scheduled at the same time each week, offer consistency and structure to support your well-being. These sessions are available in English, Hindi, or Punjabi, accommodating your language preferences and promoting effective communication.
As a person-centred therapist, I adhere to the BACP ethical framework, prioritizing your needs, feelings, and self-discovery. I offer a non-judgmental, confidential, and empathetic space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. I believe in the value of collaboration, working together to address your concerns and goals.
To enhance our therapeutic journey, I integrate strategies from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt therapy. These evidence-based approaches provide additional tools and insights to help you manage and overcome various challenges effectively. Your growth and well-being are at the heart of my counselling practice, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Session’s are offered to clients from anywhere in the UK as it will be online or telephone in the comfort of your private space. This offers the convenience of accessing counselling however and whenever you need it without having to travel.

You can reach out to me by email, telephone, or text. After this first point of call, I will email/text you back, to enquire as to when is the best time to set up a free 10min call, which will be at a time that is convenient and safe for you, to talk.
If we both agree in moving forward in the therapeutic relationship, I will email a contract for you to look over and sign, and return. Following this, payment details will be sent for payment to be made prior to the assessment and for the use of future counselling sessions to be had.

My first session
In our counselling journey, an assessment plays a pivotal role, setting the foundation for our therapeutic relationship. The initial session, covers both assessment and discussion, and can be conducted online or via telephone, providing flexibility.

The Formal Assessment Process: Structured questions and discussions gather information about your well-being.
Contracting: We will go through the counselling agreement if you have any questions, and the importance of setting boundaries for a safe therapeutic space, and how confidentiality is managed.
For ongoing sessions, payment is required 3 days before each scheduled session to maintain consistency.
