About me and my therapy practice

Feeling stuck? You’re not alone.

Do you find yourself struggling to say no, even when you know you should? Maybe you’ve been battling anxious thoughts, feelings of hopelessness, relationship challenges, past trauma, or family difficulties. Life’s ups and downs can feel overwhelming, and trying to carry it all on your own can be exhausting. But you don’t have to do this alone—it's okay to ask for help.

Hi, I’m Suzanne, a fully qualified BACP integrative counsellor with extensive experience supporting clients through life’s challenges. I’m here to offer you a safe, supportive space where you can gain clarity, explore your emotions, and begin to move forward with confidence.

Do you ever feel like past experiences are holding you back? Are you overwhelmed by emotions or struggling to navigate change? Whether you need short-term guidance or a longer journey of self-discovery, I truly believe that with the right support, change and growth are possible.

I help people work through a range of issues, from anxiety, depression, and stress to self-esteem struggles, grief, and loss. I'm particularly passionate about helping you set healthy boundaries, break free from people-pleasing patterns, and rebuild your sense of self-worth—because you deserve to feel in control of your life.

My approach is integrative, but at heart, I’m Person-Centred. That means our work together is built on trust, kindness, and a pace that feels right for you. No pressure, no judgment—just a supportive space to explore what’s holding you back and find new ways forward.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d love to support you.

Before we start working together, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation. This gives me a chance to learn more about you and what’s bringing you to counselling, so I can see if I’m the right person to support you. It’s also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions and get a feel for how I work.
