THERAPY FOR BURNOUT
If you're looking for someone to help you overcome burnout you're in the right place; I'm your person and I am so glad to meet you!
My name is Chantal and I'm here to take the guess work out of burnout recovery, and walk by your side as you find your way back to a life that lights you up.
Right now it probably feels impossible to imagine life beyond what you're currently experiencing, so let me assure you, it is 100% possible. How do I know this? Because I've been there myself. I know first hand what it's like to feel trapped in the exhaustion of burnout, and I also know the 'magic' that happens when the right support is available.
Together, we can work to:
- Reduce stress and restore your well-being.
- Create the connection and fulfilment you want in life with the people and things that matter to you.
- Put in place everything you need to support your intentions and goals.
Everyone has a story, and I'm here for you whilst you unpack yours. I also know it can feel hard to take that first step and reach out, especially if you've tried before and it hasn't worked for you. I get it, and I invite you to remember this: How you are feeling is not your fault, and when you feel supported enough things CAN change, shall we give it a go?
Practice description
I know that psychotherapy is often associated with 'sitting and talking', and I offer something a bit different.
My approach is compassion focused and blends psychotherapy with somatic practice whilst supporting you to return to wellness. You will be invited to try a range of holistic approaches to work with, including practical tools for nervous system regulation, so that you can discover what feels right for you.
As a somatic practitioner I am able to provide this holistic therapeutic experience that attends to both your mind and body, and supports you every step of the way as you return to wellness.
My ultimate goal is to support you in making choices that nourish you.
