I can support you to establish the Self-care and boundaries that allow you to move out of chronic stress, regain balance in your nervous system, and be empowered in living a fulfilling life of wellness and connection.

I consider personal therapy as an oasis for mind and body to reconnect and re-align. It gives you regular human connection and dedicated time to be seen, known and listened to with no interruptions. Let's be honest, that's a rarity these days.

Practice description

I work with clients experiencing work related stress and burn out.

Our initial sessions will be about exploring where you are currently at, and together, creating a plan that helps you find resolution and restore optimal wellness. 

I integrate psychotherapy, neuroscience and Somatic practices into a holistic experience to meet your individual needs. This includes inviting you to learn how your nervous system plays a role in your mental health, and how working with both your mind and body supports your personal growth.

Most of my clients have begun to see a lifting of symptoms and more balance in their life by the end of their first six sessions and sustained improvement thereafter.
