Practice description

As an Integrative psychotherapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I draw from evidence based modalities including; Person-Centred Therapy, ACT, Somatic Practice, IFS, Cognitive Analytical Therapy, so that we can tailor your therapy to you and your needs.

My ultimate goal is to help you change how you relate to life's stressors and support your return to mental and physical health and wellness.

My first session


The first therapy session is an opportunity to know more about you, your needs and goals. From there we develop a personalised roadmap that will help you overcome the challenges that brought you to therapy, and promote positive change.
