THERAPY FOR BURNOUT
I'm Chantal, a registered psychotherapist and I'm here to take the guess work out of Burnout recovery and support you in living a life of fulfilment.
Right now it probably feels impossible to imagine life beyond the everyday exhaustion of Burnout, but I can assure you, it is 100% possible, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Practice description
Whilst traditional psychotherapy is often associated with 'sitting and talking', I invite a range of holistic approaches for you to work with and discover what feels right for you.
This includes inviting opportunity for you to discover the role your nervous system plays in your mental health. My ultimate goal is to support you in making choices that nourish you.
