About me and my therapy practice
Good therapy is built on the relationship between client and therapist. I focus on listening to your story, your concerns and the self you want to share with me in order to offer you a non-judgemental and constructive space. I feel passionately about offering therapy that is person-centred which means that I follow your lead whilst focusing on providing a nurturing environment for you to feel empathised with, understood and held as you work towards a deeper sense of yourself and place of healing.
I'm a Person Centred Therapist and counsellor with a variety of experience, including anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, work burnout and relationship issues.
I see clients face to face at my practices in Harley Street (Central London) and Finchley (North London) as well as online and house visits.
I trained in Integrative therapy and counselling at the Mary Ward Centre.
Integrative therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach that uses multiple different methods depending on my client's needs. I always offer a non-judgemental space, with empathy and unconditional positive regard.
I have experience of working as a therapist in a variety of settings including, anger, bereavement, anxiety, depression, community counselling, crisis counselling, business and work stress, the impacts of the menopause, domestic violence, one to one counselling and therapy, private practice, video and phone call therapy services.
I work with issues such as; depression, fear, phobias, anxiety, panic attacks, anger, stress, self-esteem, bereavement, loss, change, relationship problems, sex related issues, cultural issues and or situations, work issues, identity, life changes, meaning, grief, health related issues, different types abuse, addictions and trauma
Overall, my approach is grounded in a deep respect for each client's unique experience and needs, and a commitment to supporting them in their journey towards greater self-awareness, growth, and wellbeing.

I offer 50-minute weekly therapy sessions both online and in-person at my North London therapy practice where clients can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
During your therapy sessions, we will work collaboratively to identify your goals and develop a plan tailored to your specific needs. I use a range of therapeutic techniques and approaches, depending on my client's presenting issues and preferences. Within my Person-Centred practice, I offer a combination of different modalities including psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness-based therapy.
For online appointments, I use private and secure video conferencing software. I work with my clients to create a comfortable and private space for online therapy sessions, ensuring that their confidentiality and privacy are maintained. I can also guide clients through any technical requirements to ensure that the online session runs smoothly. In-person therapy sessions will take place at my North London therapy practice, which is a warm and welcoming space where clients are provided with a confidential and supportive environment.
I help clients to identify and reflect on their lives. I have experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, childhood attachments, trauma, mental ill health and relationship problems. I help clients to develop coping strategies, improve communication, and manage stress and anxiety.
Throughout your therapy sessions, I will be empathetic and non-judgmental, I endeavour to create a space where clients feel heard and understood. I provide a space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, without fear of judgement or criticism. Clients can expect a compassionate service.
This can be at my therapy and counselling at my practice in Finchley North London, alternatively online. As well as this I offer home visits.
