About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome. If you have arrived at my profile, then perhaps you are seeking a safe space to explore your feelings and experiences that may be troubling you. I am a counsellor and registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) working in private practice. I can offer a friendly, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to help you work through difficult situations and emotions. My counselling approach is to actively listen and to put you at the heart of sessions and work towards personal growth and a deeper understanding of self.
Counselling can help find solutions to feelings of anxiety, low self-esteem, family issues, depression, and low mood. My training in psychodynamic counselling means I will encourage you to reflect on patterns of behaviour and look more deeply into your significant relationships to better understand any feelings of conflict and facilitate positive change.
I provide weekly, one-to-one counselling sessions each lasting 50 minutes and sessions can take place in person at rooms in the Awareness Centre in Clapham or can be held online and by telephone. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to answer any questions you may have about the counselling process and see if I am the right fit for you.
