About me and my therapy practice

Do you need somebody to help you explore and understand your life in confidence? My style is collaborative and open-minded, and my hope is to help you discover new opportunities to live your life in a more personally meaningful way.

My approach is existential, which does not judge emotional suffering but looks instead at how you uniquely experience the world. I will help you explore your life experience in terms of your relationships; your identity; and your values, choices and sense of purpose.

Whether you come at a time of distress with a particular difficulty, or have reached a stage when you want to deepen your understanding of yourself, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can begin to make sense of whatever is troubling you.

• I am committed to ethical and non-discriminatory practise.

• I offer concessions for counselling and psychotherapy trainees.

• I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation by Zoom, Teams, Google Meeting, or phone.

• I am approved to work with an insurance company.

Practice description

I have over 10 years' experience working with clients in the NHS, a women’s centre, a hospice, a bereavement agency, a perinatal mental health charity, a cancer support centre and a men’s counselling service.
