About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my counselling service. I am William, an integrative relational psychotherapist, which means that I use a variety of approaches and methods to tailor the therapy to your specific needs. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the key to successful therapy, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, respectful and confidential space for you to work on your issues and goals.
You are not alone. I understand that seeking therapy can be daunting and scary, and I appreciate your courage in taking this first step. You may be facing challenges in life that are overwhelming or confusing, and you may feel that you have no one to talk to. You may also feel that something has to change, but you don’t know how or where to start.
You have the potential to heal and grow. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution, but a collaborative process that helps you discover your own inner resources and strengths. I believe that your past experiences and relationships have shaped who you are today, and how you relate to yourself and others. By exploring how you got here, we can find new ways for you to move forward as a better version of yourself.
Practice description
I am a qualified and experienced therapist. I offer face to face sessions where we focus on how we relate to each other in the room and how you relate to life in general. I use a variety of approaches that are suited to your needs, and I work with you collaboratively to achieve your desired outcomes for therapy.
I am here to help you with any issue. I deal with a number of issues, but not all of them are listed here. Sometimes, clients themselves are not aware of what they are struggling with, and this may or may not be revealed in time. My aim is to offer a non-judgemental and confidential space where we can explore who you are and discover your hidden strengths, to become the best version of yourself.
My first session
I offer an initial free 30 min phone consultation. Choosing the right therapist for you is not an easy task. This free phone session allows us both to explore how we we feel about working with one another. And for you to ask any questions you may have.
Weekly meetings
I suggest where possible we meet weekly at the same time and place, for a 50 minute session that will cost £75. If you require alternative arrangements, these can be discussed in our first meeting.
Duration
Our meetings will be for a standard 50 minutes.

I offer face-to-face sessions on Wednesdays at my rooms in Kings Cross ( I currently hold a waiting list of about 6 weeks). If you would prefer to start sooner, I can offer online sessions on other days of the week.
