About me and my therapy practice
I use an integrative approach and my style is focused on empathy and respect. My focus is to help you alleviate your pain and discover how your feelings and thoughts are affecting your life.
Practice description
will help you understand your life experiences and how they may have led you to be feeling unhappy, anxious, or confused.
I believe that each person has the answers to their questions within themselves and by working together we will find those answers.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their ethical framework.
Alongside my private work, I work as a specialist therapist for a charity that works with trauma.
